Besides those, I have a colletion of illustrations and other RPG related content on Ko-fi which can be acquired by sigle payment purchase or by subscription.

The deadline varies according to type of service and whatever addons are agreed during the budget stages. An average estimate is detailed on the Services Page. Some projects my demand more or less time than the standard estimate, depending on addons, order complexity as well as other factors, for that reason it is considered an estimate. However, a working schedule/official estimate is sent alongside the invoice, via e-mail. Any further delay or process updates will also be sent via e-mail.

Currently, I have two options for payment. All accepting card and managed by professional platforms. By e-mail - An invoce is sent by e-mail after discussion and can be paid through credit card, cash, checks, & ACH. By Ko-Fi - By accessing my Ko-Fi page, you may hire my skills, pay for a subscription with a multitude of available material or buy specific itens and/or materials.

These services require confirmation of FULL payment up to 12 hours before meeting. In case there is no such confirmation, contact will be attempted to discuss further steps.

When hiring a service, as matters of time estipulations and such, my work is divided in two categories: deliver-able (when a material is produced and sent to you - the cliente) or deliver-less (which are services that do not include materials to be sent or made). Are considered deliver-able services: Pre-made Adventures (PDF or other document like archive) Illustration - of Character, Landscape or Object (varied image archive options) Maps - Dungeon, Regional and others (varied image archive options) Character Sheet (PDF or other documento like archive) Translations (PDF or other document like archives) Transcriptions (PDF or other document like archives) Are considered deliver-less services: Hired Gamemaster (available only in Brazilian-Portuguese at the moment) Tutoring (meeting/classroom) Campaign Aid (meeting/interview)

For projects that are deliver-able (such as illustration, creative writing, mapmaking etc): After you get in contact, we will have an interview for the initial budget. After that is resolved, I will require a initial deposit of 50% of the agreed upon cost. I will only start working on the project after the confirmation of the deposit. During the production, I will send regular update of the process and any impediments. After the project is done, I will present the final version. To receive the final archives, I will require payment of the remaining costs, usually 50% of the initial budget + any additional fees acquired during productions. For projects without delivery (such as one-on-one gamemastering lessons, gamemastering sessions etc): After the initial interview, I will require confirmation of full payment up until one hour prior to the meet time. In case there are no confirmation, I will attempt to get in touch once for further discussions.

During the initial interview, the option of buying the Commercial Usage of the products is available - beware, it comes with additional fee. If you did not pay for that fee, you may not use the materials for commercial reasons. Everything you provide me during the hiring of my services is yours, I claim no such rigts, however, everythig I create is mine.

The material available on my Ko-Fi page has an premium subscription which includes Commercial Usage License (within limitations). Basic subscription does NOT include the Commercial Usage. By default, all of my work is under the license CC BY-NC 4.0.
